I provide trauma-informed, emotionally focused care for individuals and couples who are ready to make meaningful change.
I work with clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, sleep issues, flashbacks, and panic attacks. I also have a particular focus on spiritual abuse and “church hurt,” helping people untangle emotional wounds that come from harmful faith environments.
Alongside trauma treatment, I work with depression, marital concerns, premarital preparation, and sexual addiction and recovery.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. I believe couples who want to thrive can experience restoration with the right tools and competent, evidence-based support.
